Terms & Conditions
Orders will only be processed after receipt of full payment.
Proof of Payment
If you made an ATM deposit, or EFT payment, kindly send us proof of payment via WhatsApp or email.
Return & Refund Exchanges
Permitted within 7 days. Items must be bought back in their original form with a proof of purchase receipt, upon our customer service team assessing the goods.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
To receive a refund, all you would need to do is to email or call us to let us know you want to return your UNUSED, non-damaged hair product. Once we receive the item in the mail from you and have confirmed that it is still indeed in the same brand new, unused condition as originally sent, we will then refund your payment method that you used when you made your initial purchase.
We strongly recommend getting a tracking number and shipping insurance from the shipping company you choose to return the products with. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods that are sent back to us for any returns or exchanges. If you obtain a tracking number, please email us the tracking number so we can also be on the lookout for your return.
All shipments to us are your responsibility and we will not pay for return or exchange shipping costs unless it was a mistake on our end and/or you received incorrect items. Only then will we cover the return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label that can be printed and placed on a box/bag to be shipped back to us.
